Jaclyn Lacy brings a warm, compassionate presence to YoungerMeMD as our Member Services Representative. With a background in communications, nonprofit patient support, and licensed therapeutic massage, Jackie offers patients a rare combination of administrative skill, empathy, and holistic health insight.
Raised in Norristown, PA, Jackie earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from Temple University before beginning her career as a communications director for a nonprofit supporting individuals with Lou Gehrig’s disease.
