Website Terms

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of youngermemd.com. Please read them before using the site or purchasing an assessment.

1. Acceptance of these terms

youngermemd.com (the "Site") is operated by YoungerMeMD ("YoungerMeMD", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here is the version in force, and continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

2. The Site is not medical advice

Content on the Site is published for general education only. It is not medical advice, it is not tailored to you, and using the Site does not create a physician-patient relationship. Any therapy we provide follows an individual clinical evaluation. Full details are in our Medical Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911. Do not use the Site or our forms to seek urgent help.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for adults aged 18 or over located in the United States. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

4. Assessments, payments and scheduling

The Site allows you to purchase an initial assessment. Prices are shown in US dollars on the relevant page and are the amounts charged at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not receive or store your full card details.

Purchasing an assessment reserves clinical time; it is not a purchase of any specific treatment, medication, laboratory test or outcome, and it does not guarantee that any particular therapy will be recommended or prescribed for you.

Assessments are personal to the purchaser and are not transferable. To reschedule or cancel, or to ask about a refund, contact our team at (215) 892-1230 or help@youngermemd.com; the practice's current scheduling, cancellation and refund policy will apply, and we will confirm it to you before you are charged again.

5. Information you give us

When you complete a form, quiz or intake on the Site you agree that the information you provide is accurate and is yours to share. Health information you send through the Site is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Please note that ordinary email and web forms are not a secure channel; do not use them to send information you would not want transmitted without encryption.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: break any law; interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account; scrape, harvest or bulk-download content by automated means; submit false, misleading or automated form entries; or upload anything malicious.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, images, video, graphics, layout and code — are owned by YoungerMeMD or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share our content for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. You may not republish, sell or create derivative works from it without our written permission. "YoungerMeMD" and our logo are our marks and may not be used without permission.

8. Third-party services and links

The Site links to third-party services, including our patient portal, scheduling and supplement dispensary platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Site available and current but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YoungerMeMD and its clinicians, staff and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of the Site. This section limits liability arising from your use of the website; it does not limit any liability arising from clinical care actually provided to you as a patient, which is governed by the law applicable to that care.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YoungerMeMD from claims, losses and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
