Telemedicine Anti-Aging Consults
Most of this work is conversation, lab interpretation and protocol adjustment. Very little of it requires you to be in the room — which is why distance from Conshohocken need not decide your care.
Who telehealth suits
Patients across Pennsylvania who want this kind of care and are not within reach of the clinic, and local patients for whom travel is the obstacle.
Some things do need a room — pellet insertions and in-office cardiovascular testing among them. Those are scheduled in person; everything around them does not have to be.
What the program includes
Bloodwork drawn locally
Your panels are completed at a lab near you, then reviewed with the clinical team. The draw is local; the interpretation is not.
Visits online
Assessment, results review and protocol adjustment happen by video with Dr. Varano and the provider team.
The same programs
Hormones, peptides, metabolic and cardiovascular optimization — the offering does not shrink because the visit is remote.
Ongoing access
Direct clinician messaging between visits, which for remote patients is often the part that matters most.
How this program runs
Foundational Assessment — $599
A full biological picture before anything is prescribed: symptoms, history, goals and comprehensive bloodwork, reviewed by Dr. Varano.
Membership — $279 / month
Ongoing clinical oversight, direct clinician messaging between visits, and protocol adjustments based on how you actually respond.
Your protocol
Built to your labs and your goals, then re-checked and adjusted as your numbers move. Nothing here is a fixed script.
Current program pricing is listed on the specialty treatment plans page.
What we track
Labs are repeated on the same schedule as for in-person patients and protocols adjusted the same way. The membership model is what makes remote care continuous rather than episodic.

Questions patients ask us
What is anti-aging medicine?
Also called age management medicine, it proactively works to anticipate and prevent age-related health issues through early detection and preventative treatment, rather than reacting to disease.
What services fall under the anti-aging program?
Listed offerings include epigenetic longevity medicine, rapamycin therapy, cardiovascular prevention, low-dose naltrexone, bioidentical hormones, sexual wellness and peptide therapy.
How does anti-aging medicine assist with autoimmune disorders?
Anti-aging medicine targets the root causes of immune dysfunction—such as chronic inflammation, hormonal imbalance, and oxidative stress—so your body can heal and regulate itself more effectively.
How might stacking help with anti-aging goals?
One peptide may be used to stimulate autophagy, the body's cellular cleanup process, while another supports the proliferation of fresh, healthy cells. Managing both cleanup and rebuild phases is the aim.
