Every cell in your body carries a biological clock. At the end of each chromosome sits a telomere – a protective cap that determines how well your cells replicate, repair, and function over time. In human cells grown in the laboratory, telomeres shorten as cells keep dividing, and this loss has been proposed to limit how many times a cell can divide. Telomere attrition is one of the proposed hallmarks of aging.12
You feel it as poor sleep that never quite recovers. Slower healing. A growing gap between how you feel and how you want to feel. Energy that requires more effort to maintain. A sense that your biology is slowly working against you despite everything you’re doing right.
Epitalon is a tetrapeptide that mimics Epithalamin – a natural extract from the pineal gland studied for over four decades in longevity research. Its best-studied mechanism is the activation of telomerase, the enzyme responsible for maintaining telomere length. In laboratory studies of human cells, Epitalon increased telomerase activity and telomere length; this has not been confirmed in controlled human trials.34
This is not symptom management. This is cellular longevity – the foundation that every other protocol in your health stack is built on.
