Advanced Signaling Molecules for Repair, Performance, and Longevity

Peptides represent one of the most powerful breakthroughs in modern regenerative and longevity medicine.  Many peptides resemble signaling molecules your body already uses, but prescription peptides are medications: they are prescribed, compounded and monitored like any other drug.

advanced specialty testing

Peptides represent one of the most powerful breakthroughs in modern regenerative and longevity medicine.

Many peptides resemble signaling molecules your body already uses, but prescription peptides are medications: they are prescribed, compounded and monitored like any other drug. Peptides tell your cells what to do next.

They can:

  • Stimulate repair after injury
  • Support hormone pathways
  • Enhance cognitive performance
  • Improve metabolism and body composition
  • Reduce inflammation
  • Boost cellular communication essential for healthy aging

Peptides are not one molecule — they are a diverse family of compounds, ranging from approved medicines with large trial programs to investigational peptides with limited but promising human evidence.1

At YoungerMeMD, we structure peptide therapy into precision programs based on your goals.

Our Mission at YoungerMeMD

Identify the root cause of your symptoms, restore balance, and support you every step of the way.

Unlike traditional clinics that give you rushed appointments or inconsistent follow-up, our membership model ensures continuous support, seamless access, and long-term optimization — without surprise fees.

The YoungerMeMD Peptide Philosophy

Altered communication between cells is one of the proposed hallmarks of aging. Peptides act on specific signaling pathways, though whether a given peptide restores that signaling in people varies by peptide.2

Peptides support:

  • Cellular repair & regeneration
  • Growth hormone signaling
  • Neurotransmitter balance
  • Inflammation reduction
  • Muscle, tendon & ligament healing
  • Mitochondrial function
  • Cognitive performance
  • DNA repair
  • Improved Metabolic function and weight loss
  • Immune resilience
  • Gut barrier integrity

These therapies mimic or influence natural signaling processes. For most of the peptides used in wellness settings, evidence that they make people heal faster or age more slowly is preclinical or limited, but promising.1

Conditions Addressed Through Peptide Therapy

Chronic Fatigue and Low Energy

Persistent exhaustion that doesn’t resolve with rest — often rooted in mitochondrial dysfunction, adrenal dysregulation, or impaired cellular signaling. MOTS-c, a peptide encoded in mitochondrial DNA, improved insulin sensitivity and prevented diet-induced obesity in mice; human evidence is limited, but promising.3

Relevant Program: EnergizeMe

Slow Recovery from Injury or Surgery

Healing peptides such as BPC-157 improved muscle, tendon, ligament and bone healing in animal models; a systematic review found 35 preclinical studies and only one clinical study, so human evidence is limited, but promising.4

Relevant Program: Healing Peptides / Wolverine Stack

Poor Body Composition / Muscle Loss

Loss of lean muscle, increased body fat, and diminished physical performance — often accelerated by declining growth hormone output with age. In a 12-month trial in healthy older adults, a growth hormone secretagogue increased growth hormone secretion and fat-free mass, though strength and function did not change.5

Relevant Program: Peak Performance

Brain Fog and Cognitive Decline

Difficulty concentrating, memory gaps, mental fatigue, and reduced processing speed. Evidence that neuropeptides improve cognition in healthy adults is limited, but promising; Selank, for example, was compared with a standard anti-anxiety drug in a small trial in generalized anxiety disorder and neurasthenia.6

Relevant Program: CognitiveMe

Chronic Inflammation and Immune Dysregulation

When the immune system is stuck in overdrive — or underperforming — it drives conditions from joint pain to frequent illness. Thymosin Alpha-1 is an immune-modulating peptide described as a regulator of immunity, tolerance and inflammation, studied mainly in infections, cancer and weakened immunity.78

Relevant Program: DefendMe

Skin Aging, Hair Thinning, and Tissue Breakdown

Visible aging from loss of collagen, elastin, and cellular repair activity. In laboratory studies, GHK-Cu increases collagen and elastin synthesis and supports skin fibroblast function. Whether injected GHK-Cu improves skin aging in people has not yet been tested in controlled trials.9

Relevant Program: RenewMe

Alopecia (Hair Loss)

Peptides such as GHK-Cu are being explored for hair thinning, but controlled trials in people with hair loss are lacking. However, anecdotally, positive patient outcomes are noted.

Relevant Program: RenewMe | Also see: Alopecia

Osteoporosis and Bone Density Loss

In a trial in healthy older adults, a growth hormone secretagogue produced bone density changes consistent with increased bone remodeling; effects on fracture risk have not yet been shown.5

Relevant Program: Peak Performance | Also see: Osteoporosis

Adrenal Fatigue and Cortisol Imbalance

A systematic review found no substantiation that "adrenal fatigue" is an actual medical condition. Chronic stress can still disrupt sleep and well-being, so these symptoms deserve a full evaluation rather than assumed adrenal failure.10

Relevant Program: EnergizeMe | Also see: Adrenal Fatigue

Cellular Aging and Telomere Shortening

Biological aging at the cellular level — measured through telomere length, mitochondrial function, and DNA repair — is the target of peptides studied for longevity: Epitalon, for example, increased telomerase activity and telomere length in human cells in the laboratory, which has not yet been confirmed in controlled human trials.1112

Relevant Program: RestoreMe

Autoimmune Conditions (Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriasis)

Dysregulated immune activity that attacks healthy tissue. People with psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and lupus have been found to have lower blood levels of thymosin alpha-1 than healthy controls, but whether immune-modulating peptides help these conditions has not yet been established in controlled trials.13

Relevant Program: DefendMe | Also see: Autoimmune Disorders

Gut Permeability and Digestive Inflammation

In animal studies, BPC-157 was consistently effective in models of injury throughout the gastrointestinal tract, whether given by mouth or by injection. It has not yet been shown to treat IBD, Crohn’s disease or "leaky gut" in people.14

Relevant Program: Healing Peptides | Also see: Digestive Issues

Sleep Disruption and Recovery Deficits

Poor sleep quality, difficulty reaching deep sleep stages, and inadequate overnight recovery all impair healing, hormone production, and cognitive function. In a small placebo-controlled study, the oral growth hormone secretagogue MK-677 increased deep (stage IV) and REM sleep in young adults; it is not known whether the secretagogues used here have the same effect.15

Relevant Program: Peak Performance

Long COVID and Post-Viral Fatigue

Persistent post-viral symptoms — fatigue, brain fog, immune dysregulation, and systemic inflammation — have many possible causes, and peptide protocols have not yet been tested in controlled trials for long COVID, so any such use is investigational.

Your Peptide Journey

A 3-Step Path to
Precision Peptide Therapy

Peptide therapy at YoungerMeMD isn't a menu — it's a protocol. Every patient follows the same three-step framework: a deep biological assessment, an ongoing membership for supervision and optimization, and then the targeted program matched to your specific goals.

1
Step 1 — Required First

Foundational Assessment

$599

Before any peptide is prescribed, Dr. Varano needs a complete biological picture. This comprehensive evaluation identifies which peptide pathways are right for your body — and rules out anything that isn't. There are no shortcuts here: the assessment is what makes the protocol safe and effective.

  • Symptoms, goals, and performance metrics review
  • Inflammatory status evaluation
  • Recovery, sleep, and cognitive function assessment
  • Injury history and tissue-healing needs
  • Personalized peptide pathway recommendations from Dr. Varano
Why this comes first Peptides are powerful precisely because they're targeted. The Foundational Assessment ensures your protocol is built on real data — not guesswork. It's the difference between optimization and experimentation.

BPC-157 + Thymosin Beta-4 | The Wolverine Stack

You used to bounce back. Now recovery takes weeks instead of days.

Nagging injuries linger longer than they should, and the things you love doing — whether that’s training, staying active, or simply moving without pain — feel harder to get back to.

The Wolverine Stack was built for exactly this.

BPC-157 and Thymosin Beta-4 are two of the most studied repair peptides in regenerative medicine. Both showed tissue-repair effects in preclinical studies — BPC-157 in tendon and muscle repair and thymosin beta-4 in angiogenesis and tissue repair — but human data is not yet present and the combination has not yet been tested in clinical trials.17

Key Benefits:

  • Wake up with less stiffness and more range of motion in joints that have been holding you back
  • Return to training, activity, and daily life faster after injury, strain, or overuse
  • Work on the repair process itself, not only pain relief — noting that collagen and tissue-strength findings come from animal studies
  • Move with less chronic inflammation that has been quietly limiting your performance and recovery for years
  • Experience the difference between managing an injury and genuinely recovering from one
The Role of Gut Health in Metabolic Healing

BPC-157 (Oral) | Gut Health

You eat well, take your supplements, do everything you’re supposed to — and your digestion still feels off.

Bloating, inflammation, unpredictable energy, a gut that never quite settles. When your digestive system isn’t working, nothing else works the way it should either.

Oral BPC-157 was built for this.

BPC-157 is a synthetic peptide based on a sequence found in human gastric juice. In animal studies it improved healing in models of injury throughout the gastrointestinal tract, including when given by mouth. Its effects on digestion, inflammation and nutrient absorption in people have not yet been tested. However, anecdotally, positive patient outcomes are noted.2014

This isn’t symptom management. It’s gut restoration.

Key Benefits:

  • Feel the difference when your digestive system is actually healing — less bloating, less irritation, and a gut that finally feels settled
  • Absorb more from the food and supplements you’re already investing in, because a repaired gut lining does its job the way it’s supposed to
  • Experience less systemic inflammation that has been quietly draining your energy, clouding your thinking, and slowing your recovery
  • Support your immune system from the inside out — because gut-associated lymphoid tissue has been estimated to represent almost 70% of the entire immune system21
  • Break the cycle of chronic GI stress that has been affecting your quality of life in ways you may not have fully connected to your digestive health

BPC-157 (Injectable) | Targeted Tissue Repair

You have been dealing with it long enough.

The shoulder that never fully healed. The knee that flares up every time you push it. The tendon, the joint, the injury that rest alone hasn’t fixed — and that you have quietly accepted as just part of life now.

It doesn’t have to be.

BPC-157 is given by subcutaneous injection. In preclinical studies it acted on growth factor and blood-vessel formation pathways and reduced inflammatory cytokines, improving healing of muscle, tendon, ligament and bone injuries; these findings have not yet been confirmed in controlled human trials. Anecdotally, though, patients do report positive outcomes.4

Not around the injury. Through it.

Key Benefits:

  • Get back to the activities you love faster — training, competing, moving freely — without waiting months for an injury to slowly sort itself out
  • Feel genuine tissue repair happening, not just pain relief that wears off, as collagen rebuilds and structural integrity returns to tendons, ligaments, and joints
  • Move with better circulation to areas that have been starved of blood flow, which is often exactly why stubborn injuries refuse to heal on their own
  • Work toward a more complete recovery, with expectations set by your provider rather than by a promise of being stronger than before the injury
  • Stop managing the same problem repeatedly and start addressing the underlying repair process that has been incomplete all along

Sermorelin | Restore Your Recovery Baseline

Something shifted. Your training hasn’t changed, your effort hasn’t dropped, but your body isn’t responding the way it used to.

Recovery takes longer. Sleep doesn’t restore you the way it once did. Lean muscle is harder to hold onto, and the body composition you worked for seems to be quietly drifting in the wrong direction.

This isn’t a motivation problem. It’s a biology problem.

Growth hormone is secreted mostly during deep sleep, and in healthy men daily growth hormone output falls by roughly half every seven years from around age 18-21 onward.22 Sermorelin doesn’t replace your growth hormone. It is a 29-amino-acid analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone that stimulates growth hormone secretion from the anterior pituitary; benefits for recovery, body composition and energy in healthy adults have not yet been established. However, anecdotally, positive patient outcomes are noted.23

The goal isn’t to push your biology past its limits. It’s to bring it back to where it’s supposed to be.

Key Benefits:

  • Wake up actually restored — because deeper, more restorative sleep means your body is doing the repair work at night that it’s designed to do
  • Recover between training sessions the way you used to, without the days of residual soreness and fatigue that have been quietly stacking up
  • Hold onto the lean muscle you’ve earned, rather than watching it slowly give way to the metabolic drift that comes with declining growth hormone
  • Feel your metabolism working with you again — supporting energy, body composition, and the sense that your effort is actually translating
  • Restore a baseline of physical resilience that makes everything else — your training, your recovery, your daily performance — more sustainable long-term
shutterstock

CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin | The Performance Recovery Stack

You are not looking to cut corners. You train consistently, take recovery seriously, and are committed to performing at a high level for the long term.

What you want is a body that can actually keep up with the demands you place on it — recovering faster, building more efficiently, and staying resilient through the seasons and years ahead.

CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin are growth hormone-stimulating peptides that act through different receptors. Ipamorelin releases growth hormone and, in animal studies, did so without raising the stress hormones ACTH and cortisol, unlike some older growth hormone-releasing peptides.24 CJC-1295 is a long-acting analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone that produced sustained increases in growth hormone and IGF-I in healthy adults; the two peptides together have been studied only in animals.2517

This is not about pushing your body into overdrive. It is about giving it the hormonal environment it needs to do what you are already asking of it.

Key Benefits:

  • Recover between hard training sessions faster and more completely, so you can train at the level you want without accumulated fatigue eventually forcing you to back off
  • Build and maintain lean muscle more effectively as your body’s growth hormone signaling works the way it did when you were younger and recovering at your best
  • Discuss body-composition goals with your provider — in trials of growth hormone secretagogues, fat-free mass rose while total fat mass did not significantly change
  • Sleep deeper and wake up more restored, because in men the growth hormone pulse at sleep onset is usually the largest — sometimes the only — secretory episode of the day26
  • Sustain your performance and physical condition over the long term — not just for the next training block, but for the years ahead — with a protocol designed for balance, not excess
athletes

Tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is a growth hormone-releasing hormone analogue that reduced visceral abdominal fat in clinical trials in people with HIV, and in a 20-week trial it had favorable effects on cognition in older adults with and without mild cognitive impairment.2728 This program focuses on optimizing declining growth hormone signaling using GHRH and advanced performance peptides.

Plan Includes:

  • Oral or injectable GHRH & peptide therapy
  • Clinical monitoring of somatotropin hormones
  • Ongoing provider oversight
  • Metabolic, cognitive & performance tuning

GHK-Cu (Injectable) | Cellular Regeneration

You can see it happening. The firmness that used to be there isn’t quite anymore.

Skin that once snapped back now takes longer. The texture has changed. The overall quality of how you look and feel in your own skin has quietly shifted — and the products you’ve tried address the surface without touching what’s actually driving it.

Aging skin isn’t a cosmetic problem. It’s a cellular repair problem.

GHK-Cu is a copper-binding peptide found naturally in the body. In laboratory studies it increases collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycan synthesis and supports dermal fibroblast function. Human evidence for injected GHK-Cu is limited, but promising; clinical data do not yet support its use for musculoskeletal conditions.917

This is not anti-aging in the cosmetic sense. It is regenerative medicine applied to how your body renews itself.

Key Benefits:

  • Target skin firmness, elasticity and texture through collagen and elastin pathways studied in the laboratory — individual results in people vary
  • Heal faster from minor injuries, procedures, or physical stress as your body’s tissue repair pathways become more active and responsive
  • Notice healthier, more vital hair as follicles operating in a depleted environment receive the regenerative signaling they need to thrive
  • Experience the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant support that comes from restoring a peptide your body already knows how to use
  • Invest in how your body ages at the structural level, not just the surface — because skin quality, tissue resilience, and cellular renewal are downstream of biology that can be optimized
shutterstock

GHK-Cu Hair Foam / Dropper | Scalp & Hair Health

You have noticed it. More in the brush, less at the hairline, a density that isn’t what it used to be.

Hair thinning is one of the earliest and most visible signs of a changing biological environment — and for most people, it starts well before they are ready to accept it.

Topical GHK-Cu targets the problem exactly where it begins.

Applied directly to the scalp, GHK-Cu works at the level of the dermal papilla cells — the specialized cells at the base of each follicle that control whether hair grows, thins, or stops altogether. Laboratory research on copper peptides and hair follicle cells is early, and controlled trials of topical GHK-Cu in people with hair thinning are lacking. However, anecdotally, positive patient outcomes are noted.

Key Benefits:

  • See improved density and thickness develop over consistent use as follicles that have been dormant or underperforming respond to direct regenerative stimulation
  • Target the specific areas of thinning that concern you most, delivering active support exactly where the follicle environment needs it
  • Feel a healthier, more balanced scalp — less inflammation, better circulation, a foundation that supports growth rather than working against it
  • Complement your systemic therapies with a topical approach that works on the same regenerative pathways from the outside in
  • Get ahead of further thinning with a proactive, science-backed strategy — because the best time to support follicle health is before the window closes, not after

Selank | Calm Focus & Stress Resilience

Your calendar is full, the pressure is constant, and your mind never really gets to stop.

You are not looking for sedation — you still need to perform, think clearly, and show up at your best. What you need is to stop feeling like your nervous system is working against you.

Selank was designed for exactly this.

It is not a stimulant. It is not a sedative. Selank is a peptide studied as an anti-anxiety treatment; in a small trial in generalized anxiety disorder and neurasthenia its anti-anxiety effect was similar to that of a standard comparator drug.6 The result most patients describe isn’t a feeling of being chemically altered — it is the feeling of being more like themselves. Calmer without being dulled. Clearer without being wired. More stable in high-pressure moments that used to knock them off balance.

Key Benefits:

  • Move through high-pressure days, difficult conversations, and back-to-back demands without the mental static and emotional reactivity that have been costing you energy and clarity
  • Think more clearly under stress — not because the pressure has gone away, but because your nervous system is no longer amplifying it beyond what the situation actually requires
  • Feel emotionally steady in the moments that matter most, with a resilience that doesn’t depend on white-knuckling your way through
  • Stay focused and present without the overstimulation, jitteriness, or eventual crash that comes with relying on stimulants to get through demanding days
  • Build a foundation of mental and emotional stability that compounds over time — because a nervous system that is chronically dysregulated affects how you perform, how you recover, and how you age
shutterstock

Semax | Cognitive Performance & Mental Endurance

You are sharp. You have always been sharp. But lately something has shifted.

Focus takes more effort, words come a half-second slower, the mental stamina that used to carry you through long demanding days has a ceiling it didn’t used to have. You are not burned out. You are just not operating at full capacity, and you know the difference.

Semax is a cognitive peptide developed to restore that capacity.

Semax has been studied mainly in animal models of brain injury, ischemia and stress. Evidence that it improves focus, memory or mental endurance in healthy adults is limited, but promising.

Any effects build gradually, and individual response varies.

Key Benefits:

  • Lock in on complex, demanding work and stay there — without the drift, distraction, and mental fatigue that interrupt focus and erode the quality of your output
  • Recall information faster and more reliably, whether that means names, details, context, or the thread of a conversation you need to pick back up
  • Sustain high cognitive performance across long days, late meetings, and the kind of mental load that used to leave you depleted and unable to think clearly by afternoon
  • Support your brain’s actual processing efficiency — blood flow, oxygen utilization, neurochemical signaling — rather than artificially pushing output and paying for it later
  • Perform at your cognitive ceiling consistently, not just on good days, because the underlying biology has been optimized to support the level of mental performance your life demands
Postpartum Hormone Imbalance

MOTS-c | Cellular Energy & Metabolic Efficiency

You are putting in the effort. The workouts are consistent, the sleep is there, the habits are solid — and yet something is off.

Your energy doesn’t match what you’re doing. Recovery takes longer than it should. The metabolic responsiveness you used to take for granted has quietly faded, and no amount of discipline seems to fully bring it back.

This isn’t a willpower problem. It’s a cellular energy problem.

MOTS-c is a peptide your body produces naturally — encoded not in the DNA of the cell nucleus, but in the DNA of your mitochondria themselves.3 It acts as a metabolic messenger, traveling from your mitochondria to the rest of your cells to regulate how efficiently your body produces and uses energy. Circulating MOTS-c is lower in older men, although muscle MOTS-c expression was actually higher in that same study, and what these changes mean for everyday energy is not yet clear.29

MOTS-c treatment improved insulin sensitivity and prevented diet-induced obesity in mice; whether giving MOTS-c restores energy production in people has not yet been established. However, anecdotally, positive patient outcomes are noted.3

Key Benefits:

  • Energy: MOTS-c is not a stimulant, and its effect on everyday energy has not yet been tested in human clinical trials
  • Metabolism: in mice, MOTS-c treatment prevented diet-induced obesity and insulin resistance; human data is not yet present3
  • Recovery: MOTS-c improved physical performance in mice; its effect on training recovery in people is not yet known
  • Insulin sensitivity: whether MOTS-c treatment improves blood sugar control in people has not yet been tested in clinical trials
  • Foundation: MOTS-c is best viewed as one part of a broader plan that includes nutrition, exercise and sleep

SS-31 | Mitochondrial Structural Repair

You have done the work. Hormones optimized. Sleep dialed in. Nutrition clean, training consistent. And still — there is a ceiling.

An energy that never quite fully returns. A recovery that takes longer than it should. A sense that your body is working harder than the output it’s producing.

When everything else has been addressed and something still feels off, the answer is often structural. And it lives inside your mitochondria.

SS-31 is not a signaling peptide. It repairs the physical architecture of the mitochondria themselves — specifically the inner membrane where energy is actually made. As we age, a critical structural molecule called cardiolipin degrades. When cardiolipin breaks down, the machinery responsible for producing ATP becomes disorganized and inefficient. SS-31 (elamipretide) targets cardiolipin on the inner mitochondrial membrane and has improved mitochondrial energetics in preclinical work, but in a phase 3 trial in adults with primary mitochondrial myopathy it did not improve walking distance or fatigue, although it was well tolerated.3031

If MOTS-c is the software update, SS-31 is the hardware repair. And no software in the world runs well on broken hardware.

Key Benefits:

  • Energy: in a small trial in older adults, one elamipretide dose briefly increased muscle mitochondrial ATP production but did not improve fatigue resistance32
  • Fatigue: in a phase 3 trial in people with primary mitochondrial myopathy, elamipretide did not reduce fatigue compared with placebo31
  • Recovery: SS-31 improved exercise tolerance in aged mice; this has not yet been shown in healthy people33
  • Cognition: effects of SS-31 on mental clarity have not yet been studied in human trials
  • Target mitochondrial function, one of the proposed hallmarks of aging — noting that SS-31 has not yet been shown to change biological age in people

Thymosin Alpha-1 | Immune Regulation & Resilience

You used to get sick less. Recover faster. Shake things off and keep moving.

Somewhere along the way that changed — and what used to be a minor inconvenience now sidelines you for days. Or maybe you never get dramatically ill, but you carry a low-grade heaviness, a chronic inflammatory burden, a sense that your body is always fighting something it can never quite resolve.

Your immune system isn’t weak. It may simply be dysregulated — working too hard in the wrong directions and not hard enough in the right ones.

Thymosin Alpha-1 is a peptide originally isolated from thymus tissue. It acts on immune cells through Toll-like receptors on dendritic cells and is described in the literature as a regulator of immunity, tolerance and inflammation.347

This is not about pushing your defenses into overdrive. It is about giving your immune system the intelligence it needs to do its job well.

Key Benefits:

  • Discuss immune support with your provider — Thymosin Alpha-1 has not yet been shown to reduce everyday infections in otherwise healthy adults
  • Lift the low-grade inflammatory burden that has been quietly draining your energy, clouding your thinking, and making recovery from everything — training, illness, stress — slower than it should be
  • Feel the difference between an immune system that is constantly reactive and one that is genuinely resilient — stable, responsive, and not burning resources on threats that have already passed
  • Support your body through periods of high stress, seasonal exposure, travel, and the cumulative demands that chronically tax immune function
  • Build a foundation of systemic defense that compounds over time — because immune resilience is not just about avoiding illness, it is about maintaining the biological environment that supports every other aspect of your health
shutterstock

Epitalon | Cellular Longevity & Biological Age

Most people wait until something is wrong to start thinking about how they age. You are not most people.

You understand that the decisions you make now — the biology you optimize today — determine not just how long you live, but how well. And at the deepest level of that biology, beneath hormones and metabolism and everything else that can be measured and adjusted, is something more fundamental: the integrity of your cells themselves.

Epitalon works at that level.

Your DNA is protected by telomeres — the structural caps at the end of each chromosome that preserve genetic stability every time a cell divides. As we age, telomeres shorten. In laboratory studies, telomere loss has been proposed to limit how many times a cell can divide.35 In laboratory studies of human cells, Epitalon increased telomerase activity and telomere length; this has not yet been confirmed in controlled human trials.1112

You have invested in your health at every level you can see. Epitalon is the investment in the level you cannot.

Key Benefits:

  • Support the cellular longevity that determines not just how long your body functions, but how well — preserving the replicative integrity that keeps tissues, organs, and systems performing closer to their biological potential
  • Promote the deep cellular repair and regeneration that accumulates quietly over years of consistent use, building a foundation of resilience that no single acute intervention can create
  • Get ahead of biological aging rather than reacting to it — while recognizing that no human trial has shown Epitalon changes how a person ages
  • Strengthen your long-term recovery capacity as the cellular environment that supports healing, adaptation, and regeneration is maintained rather than allowed to quietly degrade
  • Complete your longevity protocol at the most foundational level — because optimizing hormones, metabolism, immune function, and tissue repair all matter more when the cells carrying out those functions are structurally supported

While I’m not a patient at YoungerMeMD yet, I’ve heard really good things about the practice from someone who goes there. What I can speak to personally is how kind the staff are—I know the manager, Ashley personally, and she genuinely cares about her patients. She’s passionate about helping people feel their best and live full, vibrant lives, and you can really tell that in how she interacts with everyone. In a world where healthcare can feel so rushed and impersonal, this team stands out. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr Varano for over six years now. His experience and knowledge has me feeling as if I am 40 again. His expertise and attention to detail has recharged my life. I was overweight, tired all the time, losing muscle mass, had lost confidence in myself and overall looking old. Now at 61 years of age my strength, stamina and confidence is inspiring those around me to follow the same path. Several of my co-workers and friends have started their own journey to better health, strength and overall life rejuvenation. Without the YoungerMeMD team this change would not have been possible. They are always available when I reach out between appointment and quick to satisfy any need I request. I am constantly being told there is no way your in your 60’s. It is not unusual to be out with my adult boys and folks believe we are brothers. No one my age can keep up with me. I highly recommend this team. Do your self a favor don’t miss the opportunity for a better life in your senior years.

I have been a patient of Younger Me MD for the last 17 years. Although that was not the name so many years ago, Dr Varano handled all the patients and to this day is learning and caring for his patients in the same way. I will tell you on my first visit I was scared beyond belief. I could not even to begin to imagine that a small pill implanted into my buttocks could make such a difference. Besides that what if it didn’t…….what if things got worse, can I have it removed???? All questions I struggled with and cried about during my initial consultation. All I knew was in my current state of mind I was not the same person and while I loved my husband I didn’t like him at all!! Menopause…..a welcome relief of periods and tampons but a whole new world of heat flashes, anger….for no reason, crying…..for no reason, weight gain……for no reason and a feeling of wanting to be young again with none of this god forsaken stuff that had taken over my body, my mind and my life. I made the decision to start my journey of hormone replacement therapy. Scared but willing to take the chance!! I have been an advocate for many a menopausal woman for years now. Directing them in a more natural and positive way to help ease the pains and emotional distress of menopause. Menopause is REAL….. don’t let anyone tell you differently or that you need to just suck it up!! That is BS… you can live a vibrant, happy life and be the sexual partner you have always been to your man with a little help. Unfortunately my journey has ended. Diagnosed with breast cancer with estrogen positive receptors in February of 2026 ended my hormone replacement therapy. This absolutely had nothing to do with my treatment but was Gods will for me. The entire staff at Younger Me MD has had my back and has helped me tremendously through this next phase of life. If you are wondering…..is this for me??? If you are not the woman you once were and you are carrying anger, self doubt, feeling like you’re not desirable?…. than yes….. this is for YOU! The staff is incredible and will always be there for you. Don’t look back….take a step into your future of growing old with grace and energy.

I first discovered BodyLogic MD when I was very frustrated with my Hypothyroid symptoms which had been bad and getting worse for over 20 years. I ignored them as best I could. Finally, they were so severe I was desperate. I believed the health system was failing me. I am an RN and my specialty for many years was disease management and yet I was not managing my own health. I also have been a pharmaceutical Representative. As a firm believer that we all need to be our own health advocates, I researched treatment options. I decided to reach out to a BodyLogic MD. My understanding was these physicians are highly trained hormone replacement physicians. I reached out to Dr Varano and within 24 hours of his prescribed RX plan I was sleeping at night for the first time in 20 years! What a blessing. My GI symptoms were immediately managed as well. I woke up in the morning feeling "alive" again. Thank you Dr Varano.
