EvexiPEL Hormone Pellet Therapy
For patients who would rather not think about hormone therapy daily. One in-office procedure, then steady levels for three to four months — no pills to remember and no creams to time.
Who pellets suit
Pellets are a delivery method, not a different therapy. They suit patients for whom the daily routine is the part that fails.
Pellets are not the right starting point for everyone. Which delivery method fits is decided at the assessment, alongside what you are actually taking.
What the program includes
Custom-compounded pellets
Each pellet is compounded to your prescription rather than dispensed in fixed strengths.
A quick in-office insertion
Inserted just under the skin during a short, simple procedure at the Conshohocken clinic.
Three to four months of steady release
The pellet releases a precise dose steadily over the following months, rather than the daily rise and fall of creams or capsules.
No transfer risk
Because pellets sit under the skin rather than on it, there is no risk of transferring hormones to another person through skin contact.
How this program runs
Foundational Assessment — $599
A full biological picture before anything is prescribed: symptoms, history, goals and comprehensive bloodwork, reviewed by Dr. Varano.
Membership — $279 / month
Ongoing clinical oversight, direct clinician messaging between visits, and protocol adjustments based on how you actually respond.
Your protocol
Built to your labs and your goals, then re-checked and adjusted as your numbers move. Nothing here is a fixed script.
Current program pricing is listed on the specialty treatment plans page.
What we track
Levels are re-checked before each re-insertion so the next pellet reflects how you responded to the last one. Visits fall roughly every three to four months, which is what sets the rhythm of the program.

Questions patients ask us
What is EvexiPEL pellet therapy?
EvexiPEL is a bioidentical hormone pellet therapy offered at YoungerMeMD for both men and women. It is one delivery option used within a customized hormone replacement approach.
What makes EvexiPEL different from other hormone therapies?
EvexiPEL pellets deliver consistent, long-lasting hormone levels without the daily hassle of pills or messy creams. The pellets are plant-based and bioidentical, allowing for better absorption and fewer side effects.
How are EvexiPEL testosterone pellets given?
Each pellet is custom-compounded and inserted just under the skin during a quick, simple in-office procedure. Over the next 3 to 4 months it steadily releases a precise dose of testosterone into the bloodstream.
Is there a risk of transferring hormones to others?
Because the pellets are placed under the skin rather than applied to the surface, there is no risk of transferring hormones to another person through skin contact, unlike topical creams.
