Testosterone Therapy for Men
Fatigue, lost strength, low libido and a midsection that will not shift are the symptoms most men notice. Testosterone is one of the things worth checking before you accept them as ageing.
Who this program is for
Testosterone declines naturally in most men from around age 30. That decline is normal — the symptoms that come with it do not have to be simply accepted. These are the signs that make testing worthwhile:
Not every ageing man needs treatment. Where labs come back in range and there are no symptoms, testosterone therapy is generally not indicated — and we will tell you that. The assessment exists to answer the question, not to sell an answer.
What the program includes
Comprehensive hormone panel
Total and free testosterone read alongside thyroid, adrenal and metabolic markers, because low testosterone rarely travels alone.
A protocol built to your numbers
Delivery method, dose and cadence are set from your labs and your goals — injectable, or EvexiPEL pellets where a longer-acting option suits you better.
Ongoing clinical oversight
Dr. Varano and the provider team review how you respond and adjust. Levels are re-checked rather than assumed.
The rest of the picture
Where testing points to adrenal fatigue, thyroid imbalance, weight-loss resistance or bone density, those are addressed as part of the same plan rather than referred out.
How this program runs
Foundational Assessment — $599
A full biological picture before anything is prescribed: symptoms, history, goals and comprehensive bloodwork, reviewed by Dr. Varano.
Membership — $279 / month
Ongoing clinical oversight, direct clinician messaging between visits, and protocol adjustments based on how you actually respond.
Your protocol
Built to your labs and your goals, then re-checked and adjusted as your numbers move. Nothing here is a fixed script.
Current program pricing is listed on the specialty treatment plans page.
What we track
Testosterone levels are re-checked on a schedule alongside the markers that move with them. Many men also see changes in cholesterol and blood sugar over the course of a protocol, so those are tracked too — the point is to watch the whole system respond, not one number in isolation.

Questions men ask us
What symptoms might point to low testosterone?
Men with low testosterone often notice fatigue, reduced stamina, erectile dysfunction, loss of muscle mass, insomnia, and mood changes. These can develop gradually as hormone levels decline with age.
Is declining testosterone just a normal part of aging?
Testosterone does naturally decrease as men get older, usually starting after age 30. While this is normal, the resulting symptoms don't have to be simply accepted, and they can often be addressed with a personalized plan.
Does every aging man need testosterone therapy?
No. If laboratory tests show hormone levels within the normal range and no symptoms are present, treatment is generally not necessary. It may be considered when levels decline and symptoms appear.
How is low testosterone connected to ED?
Low testosterone is recognized as a primary contributor to erectile dysfunction, often accompanied by symptoms like fatigue, weight gain, and loss of muscle mass. A simple blood test can confirm whether testosterone is low.
How does low testosterone affect metabolism?
Low testosterone can produce belly fat accumulation, decreased muscle mass, low motivation, fatigue, reduced libido, mood changes, poor recovery, and insulin resistance. Even 'normal' levels may be suboptimal for metabolism and performance.
Does the clinic only treat testosterone concerns?
No. Alongside low testosterone, the team addresses related issues such as adrenal fatigue, thyroid imbalance, osteoporosis, and weight-loss resistance as part of whole-body wellness.
