Cardio Res-Q Plan
Most people who have a heart attack had no known heart disease beforehand. That is not a failure of effort — it is a gap in what standard testing looks at.
Who this program is for
Anyone wanting a preventative strategy for their heart, whether there is family history or simply a preference for knowing early.
Conventional prevention centres on common markers, and many people who have heart attacks look fine on them. Closing that gap is what this program is for.
What the program includes
A full clinical evaluation
Designed and led by Dr. Kenneth Varano, combining history and examination with the diagnostics below rather than substituting one for the other.
Advanced diagnostics
Lipids in detail, inflammatory and vascular markers, and metabolic function — the layers a basic panel does not reach.
Direct arterial assessment
Non-invasive EndoPAT and CIMT testing for arterial health and plaque, including a carotid ultrasound measuring arterial wall thickness.
A personalized heart-protective plan
What the diagnostics find determines the plan — nutrition, hormones, metabolic work and medication where indicated.
How this program runs
Foundational Assessment — $599
A full biological picture before anything is prescribed: symptoms, history, goals and comprehensive bloodwork, reviewed by Dr. Varano.
Membership — $279 / month
Ongoing clinical oversight, direct clinician messaging between visits, and protocol adjustments based on how you actually respond.
Your protocol
Built to your labs and your goals, then re-checked and adjusted as your numbers move. Nothing here is a fixed script.
Current program pricing is listed on the specialty treatment plans page.
What we track
Markers and imaging are repeated so that risk is tracked as a trajectory rather than captured once. Where the plan is working, that becomes visible; where it is not, it changes.
