Cardio Res-Q Specialty Treatment Plan
After your Cardio Res-Q assessment, the Specialty Treatment Plan keeps your heart-risk plan actively managed: $125 a month, alongside the YoungerMeMD membership.
Who the plan is for
Patients who have completed a $775 Comprehensive or $999 Enhanced Cardio Res-Q assessment and want ongoing management. Patients with active risk factors are typically advised to enroll.
The assessment is complete and standalone, and ongoing care is optional. Lower-risk patients may choose periodic reassessment instead. The plan is prevention, not emergency care: for chest pain or other heart attack symptoms, call 911.
What the program includes
Specialty Treatment Plan, $125/month
Advanced imaging monitoring (CIMT or EndoPAT when indicated), vascular aging analysis, lipid and ApoB optimization, insulin resistance management, inflammation protocols, blood pressure management, and lifestyle and fitness optimization.
YoungerMeMD membership, $279/month
Unlimited messaging with your medical team, 3 to 4 optimization visits a year, virtual or in-person care, a 10% supplement discount, specialty testing access, and coordinated referrals and administrative support.
Medication when it is right for you
Statins and non-statin medicines are prescribed by our team case by case, as part of your plan.
Telehealth follow-ups in Pennsylvania
Follow-up visits can be done by telehealth for patients in Pennsylvania when your plan does not call for repeat CIMT or EndoPAT testing.
How this program runs
Cardio Res-Q Assessment — $775 or $999
Labs drawn about a week ahead, then a one-hour consult with Dr. Varano: advanced labs and the Cleveland HeartLab panel ($775), or the Enhanced Assessment adding CIMT ultrasound and a coronary calcium score ($999).
YoungerMeMD membership — $279 / month
Optional. Unlimited messaging with your medical team and 3 to 4 optimization visits a year, in person or virtual.
Specialty Treatment Plan — $125 / month
Optional. Ongoing cardiovascular management: imaging monitoring when indicated, lipid and ApoB work, inflammation and metabolic care.

What we track
Markers and imaging are repeated so that risk is tracked as a trajectory rather than captured once. Where the plan is working, that becomes visible; where it is not, it changes.
Cardio Res-Q in Conshohocken & Greater Philadelphia
Assessments, labs and imaging follow-ups happen at our Conshohocken clinic, in Montgomery County just outside Philadelphia. Other follow-ups can be by telehealth for patients in Pennsylvania. Bloodwork is drawn locally and visits are available in person or by telehealth across Pennsylvania.
